Win for Life, Sisal's newly-launched game, celebrates its 10th month anniversary. The game - the first of its kind to offer a life annuity prize in Italy – was launched the 29th of September to support the rebuilding process of the Abruzzo region as it earmarks 23.3% of all bets made for the quake-hit area. In the first 10 months of 2010, Win for Life generated €834 million in revenue. The game has given more than €194 million in aid to the earthquake victims thus far. As regards winnings, more than 219 annuity prizes have been awarded to 303 people, including winnings shared by more than one winner. Northern Italy was one of the luckiest areas for winning lifetime prizes. Ranking as first luckiest Lombardy region (totalling 42), followed by Veneto (37), Latium (34), Campania (31) and Sicily (21). Nobody has yet been awarded a life annuity prize in Molise.
