In June, skill games generated more than €246.3 million in revenue, up 30,6% from €188.6 million in June 2009. In the first six months of 2010, revenue from skill games rose 58,5% to more than €1.6 billion. Turnover exceeded €200 million for the tenth month running in June, with average daily revenue of more than €8 million from €6.3 million in June 2009. Market estimations expect a value of more than €3 billion in 2010, excluding the economic impact of new remote games, provided by Decree-law no. 39 of 28 April 2009, like Internet cash poker and online casino games to be launched in the coming months. agicosinternational - 22/07/2010 - cc | |
