(AGICOSINTERNATIONAL) - 15 July 2010 - ONLINE GAMING: ITALY NOTIFIED THE DECREE RELATING TO IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMUNITY LAW 2008 TO BRUSSELS |

Italy notified yesterday the “Decree on implementation of the obligations for the collection of remote games with cash prizes” to the European Commission. The decree, which had already been notified to Brussels earlier last year, provides detailed regulations for the implementation of Community Law 2008. AAMS sent to Brussels the full version of this decree, after the European Commission’s green light on draft-decree: the project, in fact, aims at integrating the notification made last year (2009/0687/I) relating to draft-decree to fulfil obligations under Community Law which determine the general conditions to granting the remote gaming licence.
